Overview

These kits are available in many office supply stores. The paper stock is 'computer' paper meaning that the stock is perforated for separation. The kits come with invitations, responds, thank yous, and all the envelopes.

Whats in the Kit?

The PC Papers kits include:
25 Invitations and Envelopes
50 Accessory Cards and Envelopes
Free software on CD.

Rumor has it that the CD may be discontinued. It is terrible.

Paper Designs

There are eight paper designs:
Three embossed panel designs in white - for any event
Three embossed panel designs in ivory - for any event
Red floral 'watercolor' design - for weddings and other events
Teal embossed fairy tale castle - perfect for weddings

Cost

The kits have a list price of $25 but can be purchased for about $19.

Availability

The PC Papers Kits can be found in most Staples stores. The manufacturer of these kits, Ampad and Creative Cards, has filed for bankruptcy and may have sold the kits to some other producer.

Software Review

The kit includes a CD-ROM which you can elect to be interviewed about your wedding or just enter the information. It has some sample wordings and includes 5 fonts only a few of which are nice script fonts. You can only use the fonts provided. (Hard disk footprint 20 Mb.) The software is simplistic, has limited functionality, and not the best quality.
