Invitation Calligraphers - When you have your invitations printed, you can choose between Thermography (raised ink) or Engraving. These can be beautiful. But for a truly personalized invitation ensemble, you can have your papers hand written by a person with excellent hand writing. This can be very expensive but your guests will be receiving the ultimate invitation. You can expect to pay around $1 per line. Invitation Envelopes - Commercially printed invitations will often include the printing of your Return Address on the flap side of each envelope. But you still need to hand write the Addressee. Don't do it if you do not have a good hand. Use a Calligrapher! Respond Cards and Place Cards - Commerically printed invitations can be ordered with Generic responds and place cards. These require that you hand write the guest's name (and table number assignment). Use a calligrapher or write these carefully with quality penmanship. |
